• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.

• Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms and prices.

• Implement procurement strategies to optimize costs and delivery times.

• Identify new suppliers and analyze market trends.

• Enhance procurement processes for efficiency and quality.

• Develop and manage procurement budgets.

• Coordinate with finance, operations, and legal teams.

• Monitor procurement performance and provide insights.

• Identify and manage procurement risks.

• Develop strategies to reduce risk and ensure supply chain security.

Das bringen Sie mit:

• University degree or equivalent education level

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a purchasing or procurement role

• Good understanding of financial and economic principles

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Results-oriented with self-motivation and the ability to inspire others

• Willingness to take initiative and assume responsibility

• Proactive planning and coordination of business relationships with suppliers

• Excellent presentation and communication skills in English and German, Turkish is advantageous

• Proficiency in MS Office applications
