Das erwartet Sie:

  • Preparation of monthly payrolls as well as intersection to the external payroll accounting system
  • Contact person for inquiries regarding labor law or salary issues
  • Processing and reporting of prior notices and executions
  • Preparation of statistics and reports
  • Management of entry and exit processes
  • Preparation of employment contracts and contract changes
  • Preparation of reference letters and all other personal related documents
  • Management of work and residence permit – RWR card applications
  • Administration of maternity leaves and re entries.

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • University degree, ideally with a focus on Human Resources
  • Several years of experience in the field of Human Resources, preferably in the financial sector
  • Fluent in both German and English besides Turkish is a plus
  • Very good MS-Office skills
  • Sound knowledge of labor law
  • Independent, proactive and reliable way of working
  • Team player, communicative and trustworthy personality with a hands-on mentality

Mindestbruttoentgelt gemäß Kollektivvertrag bei Erfüllung der Mindestanforderungen:
